Website Upgrade
We began by upgrading their website from Joomla to WordPress. This transition allowed for greater flexibility and easier content management. Key features of the new design included:
- Brand Integration: We seamlessly integrated their existing branding, including the distinctive colors of the stonework from their offices, to maintain a cohesive look and feel.
- Enhanced User Experience: The new site is more user-friendly, with intuitive navigation and a clean, modern design.
- Fillable PDFs: To improve patient intake and record-keeping, we added fillable PDF forms for patient information, making it easier for staff to organize client files efficiently.
- Second Site for Long-Term Care Facilities: We also developed a secondary site specifically targeting long-term care facilities, broadening Broadmoor Valley Dental Care’s market reach.
Postcard Design
We updated a preexisting postcard used by Broadmoor Valley Dental Care for newspaper inserts to attract new patients. The refreshed design ensures the postcards are visually appealing and aligned with the company’s overall branding strategy.
Letterhead Creation
To complement the updated digital and print materials, we designed a new letterhead for Broadmoor Valley Dental Care. This ensured all their communications maintain a professional and consistent appearance.
